I love doing curves-only edits because it is a great way to show you how you can use so many different Photoshop techniques to accomplish the same goal.  This pretty little girl is the perfect subject to create a whimsical look, using curves to soften her skin, compress the background, minimize distractions, and add a point of focus.  When you understand the power of curves, you have so much control over your final edit!
